Soaking your finger and toenails for 3 minutes not only helps soften your nails but also helps saturate your cuticles, pamper and keeps them soft too. When your hands are in water, the nail cells become saturated with water and swell giving your nails an artificial moisture and preparing them for an extra touch of hydration.
- Get a Bowl of warm water (not hot).
